【Abstract】 The decrease of the output power of a high power CO2 laser with transver gas flow system after long time service has been investigated. It is shown that, with an adjustment on working gases in CO2 laser,the output power. is compensable. It has been proved in practice that the mothed of adjusting working gases can effectively improve the service lifetime of the high power CO2 laser.更多还原
