环糊精的实际应用进展
Advances in Practical Applications of Cyclodextrins
【摘要】 综述近年环糊精在药物、食品工业、环境保护、除臭剂、生物医学、化妆品以及电化学方面的应用。
【Abstract】 The current applications of cyclodextrins in pharmaceuticals,food,environmental protection,deodorizer,biomedical science,cosmetics and electrochemistry have been reviewed in this paper.
