相转移催化剂-β-环糊精催化下苯基甘氨酸选择性合成
Selective Synthesis of Phenylglycine in the Presence of Phase Transfer Catalyst-β-Cyclodextrin Binary System
【摘要】 在相转移催化剂(PTC)和β-环糊精(β-CD)混合催化剂存在下,由苯甲醛、氯仿、氢氧化钾和氨水一锅合成了苯基甘氨酸,不同类型 PTC-β-CD 均有较好的催化作用,且比单独的 PTC 或β-CD 有更显著的催化效果.
【Abstract】 A one-pot selective synthesis of phenylglycine with high yield from benzaldehyde, chloroform,potassium hydroxide and ammonia in the presence of phase-transfer catalyst (PTC)and β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)binary catalyst system has been studied.Results obtained are far superior to that of other similar methods.The data show that PTC β-CD is a more efficient catalyst than either PTC or β-CD alone,and both cationic and nonionie PTC-β-CD can enhance the production of phenylglycine with good yields and selectivities.A preliminary mechanism is also discussed.
