【Abstract】 In order to decrease the side functions of diclofenac soditlm(Votiaren)in the linirment containing it was preparect The rat dorsat percutansous,absortion of vottaren was obseroed by transdermal model in oitro .The ressetts shorroed the effects of the permention enhancers were diferent from each, other To accelerate the absorption of aottaren 10% propylene alycol and 2% axons were better than 10% propylens glycol in linirnent 60% dimethylsulfoxide had no any effact.
