【Abstract】 The article makes a recent illustration of relations between hospital culture and hospital management, from a number of dimensions : the relations are becoming more important and influential than conventional ideas may think they might be; progresses in the construction of hospital culture as a whole highly significantly facilitate the work in various concrete fields of hospital and in all trades and professions; several ways have been shown in practices to be effective for strengthening hospital culture building.更多还原
