【摘要】 本文报告CT证实的高血压性脑出血破入脑室31例。对其CT与临床及预后进行比较分析。高血压性脑出血破入脑室并非都有凶险的临床征象,也不是完全致命。本组死亡率为29％。预后与原发血肿量、中线移位情况,破入脑室部位及发病初期病情轻重有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 31 cases with hypertensive cerebral ventricular haemorrage were analysed in CT comparison with clinical manifestation and prognosis. CT scanning of brain was a better checked method for the diagnosis of the object. In the group the condition was uncertainly to have dangerous clinical symptoms or to be fatal immediately. The mortality was 29% in this group. The prognosis may be relative with the volume of primary hematoma, bleeding location, the degree of displacement of central line construction of brain and clinical condition early.更多还原
