【Abstract】 From the point of "Comprehensive-mode" of college and university journals,the authordiscussed the difference in the editing procedure of between college and university journals and periodicals of special subjects and books. The effect of collective effort was emphasized. The optmization of organizational structure and first-rate editor group are the keys to the enhancement of the quality of college and university.
