【摘要】 本文以小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法、大鼠甩尾法测定洛芬待因的镇痛效果。实验表明，洛芬待因镇痛效果确实，与单方药效学比较，洛芬待因的两组份有较好的药效协同作用。为了解该药的安全性，还采用对大、小鼠灌胃给药法，测定了其急性毒性，结果表明洛芬待因的毒性作用主要表现为胃肠道反应，两组份毒性作用未相加。更多还原

【Abstract】 The analgesic effect of ibuprodeine was evaluated using acetic-acidinduced twitching in mice, hot-plate test in mice and tail-flicking test in rats, and itsanalgesic potency was compared with ibuprofen, condeine. The results revealed thatibuprodeine had more potent analgesic effect than ibuprofen and codeine. We alsostudied the acute toxicity of ibuprodeine in mice and rats. It was found that the acutetoxicity mainly acted on gastroentract and it was not added when the combination ofibuprofen, codeine was given in the experiment.更多还原
