【摘要】 用小切口无缝线术施行白内障人工晶体手术33例(37眼),术后5～30天验光,矫正视力≥0.5者33眼(94.3%);≥1.0者15眼(42.9%),散光0.88±0.87D(=35),与同期10～12mm大切口散光2.35±1.54D(n=30)相比有显著差异(P<0.05).优点:不切核、切口小(6～7mm)、愈合快、术后散光小,而且经济、易开展.更多还原
