【摘要】 对74例外伤后不同时期施行人工晶体植人术后眼部的反应及预后进行对比分析.结果显示不同时期人工晶体植入对视力预后无明显差异.Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期人工晶体植人术包括睫状沟固定术同样可取得良好的视力,但植入手术一般选择在外伤3月炎症反应完全消失以后较好.对于无后囊、后囊破裂较大的病例施行Ⅱ期人工晶体睫状沟缝合固定术同样可取得良好的效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 74 cases of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in patients with traumatic cataract were reported. The postoperative ocular reaction and prognosis in the patients operated at different periods from the injury to the operation were analysed comparatively. The results has showed that, there are no significant difference between the different period from the injury to the operation. The secondary IOL implant includes the ciliary sulcus fixation can get a good vision results as the primary implant surgery. The time of implant surgery should be porformed after the traumatic ocular inflammation disappeared completely, appoximately 3 months after injury. The secondary IOL implantation with ciliary sulcus fixation in the cases with no posterior capsular or big tear in posterior capsular also can gain good reasults.更多还原
