【摘要】 以随机抽样的方法,对464例白内障住院病例,从科学性、合理性、实用性和方便性等方面进行分析,研究白内障显微手术并对术中和术后辅助方法进行改进,提出术中粘贴式手术薄膜和集液袋法、术后单纯眼垫眼罩24～48小时去除眼垫法,2种新的辅助方法,经临床显示出其独特的优点,简化术前准备,保持术中干燥,避免手术污染,术后眼分泌物减少,外伤性前房出血率降低,视力恢复良好,缩短病人住院周期.更多还原

【Abstract】 The operation for 464 cataract cases were analised in random sampling on the aspects of science .rationality, practicality and convenience- Micro- operation method for cataract study were made and assitant methods for intra- and- post- operation were improved. The adhesive operation film and collecting liquid bag methods of intra- operation, the single eye-pad and patch for post-operation of 24 to 48 hours e-liminating eye.-pad method have been suggested. These two kinds of new assistant methods have their own strong points through clinical observation such as simplifying the preparation of pre-operation,keeping dry intra- operation, avoiding operative contamination, reducing eye exudation in post-operation,lowering traumatic hyphema rate, having good recovery visual acuity and shortening the patient hospital cycle-更多还原
