眼挫伤的视网膜电流图和视觉诱发电位改变

【摘要】 为探讨眼挫伤的视网膜电流图(ERG)和视觉诱发电位(VEP)改变特征,对50例单眼挫伤患者电生理检测结果进行了分析研究.结果表明:(1)眼挫伤ERG改变以a波下降(P<0.001)、b波延迟(P<0.05)为明显,ERG异常病例的视力多在0.1以下.(2)VEP检测视力0.1以下者的P1波明显延迟(P<0.05).

【Abstract】 To study the characteristics of the elec-troretinogram (ERG ) and visual evoked potential (VEP) of ocular contusion, the examinational data of 50 cases who suffered from contusion on single eye was analysed. The results showed that: (1)The change of ERG of ocular contusion was obvious reduction of a wave(P<0. 001) and delay of b wave (P<0. 05). The vision of most cases with the abnormal change of ERG were under 0. 1. (2)The change of VEP was obvious delay of P1 wave in the cases with vision under 0. 1 (P <0. 05).
