【Abstract】 Abstract With the focus of world economy moves eastwards, in 1990s,there emerges sustained and high-speed growth in Asia - pacific region, there appears the new pattern of tripartite confrontation in international tourist industry, namely, Europe,America and Asia - pacific region.There are many reasons for rapid growth of tourist industry in Asia - pacific region. (1) the steady growth of the Asia - pacific Economy, (2) The improvement of the tourist environment, (3) the comparative advantages of Asia - pacific region.However, there are also some restrictive factors for the industry to further development, such as: the backward of infrastructure; the transportation capacity is almost saturated and even over loaded; enviromental quality has been severely polluted; man POwer resources has not been used fully; the quality of staff is comparatively low.In order to break through the" bottleneck", to keep its high growth rate, such things should be done to perfect the tourist supply system; to develop the regional cooperation and cooperative promotion; to protect ecological enviroment.更多还原
