杀菌剂与果蜡处理对“紫花”芒果后熟软化及采后病害的影响
Effect of Fungicides and Waxing on Ripe-softening and Postharvest Diseases of“Zihua”Mango
【摘要】 采后利用SF果蜡处理,可以推迟“紫花”芒果果皮转黄和后熟软化,增加果面光泽,减少果实失重率和果皮皱缩,提高贮藏品质,增加杀菌剂TBZ或普克唑处理对炭疽病和蒂腐病的防治效果。在不同浓度的SF果蜡处理比较中,1:1(蜡:水)浓度的果蜡稀释液较适合于“紫花”芒果的采后处理。
【Abstract】 waxing treatment with SF wax delayed turning yellow and ripe-softeningof postharvest“Zihua”mango fruits,increased the lustre of peel,decreased the rate offruit weight lose and shrinkage of peel,improved the storage quality,and increased theeffect of fungicides,TBZ or Prochloraz,on anthracnose and stem end rot.In varioustreatments with different concentrations of SF wax,1:1 (wax:water)dilution of SFwax was more suitable for waxing of postharvest“Zihua”mango fruit.
