【Abstract】 This Paper Proposes a new method of electrochemical finishing for small hole with microsecond pulses.In this method, the interelectrode gap was flushed out by electrolyte during the pulse off-times between two pulses or two groups of pulses.Experiments show that the method is capable of micrometer-scale machining without heat affected layers and stress, and obtaining smooth lustrous surface.更多还原
