【Abstract】 A study on the distribution of red blood cell parameters in cord and terminal blood of health neonatals in 7 days in Kunming area was carried out,by using ABBOTT CELL-DYN 1600 automatic hemotologic analyzer.The results showed that the distribution rangs were as follows:reticulocyte 4.25±1.01%～1.17±0.31%,RBC 5.86±0.79～4.48±0.49T/L,Hb 209.76±20.63～160.65±16.94g/L,HCT 482.33±57.34～623.22±60.13L/LMCV 107.76±6.44～102.24±5.88fL,MCH 35.93±2.00～34.45±1.76pg,MCHC 342.75±26.41～333.91±16.06g/L,RDW 17.13±1.27～16.51±1.14%.The distribution ranges and regulars of change with following days of the red blood cell parameters were discussed.The study showed that geographile environment and nutrition condition were important factors that influenced physiological changes of red blood cell parameters of neonates.更多还原
