【摘要】 利用普通冰箱(—24℃)保存的兔角膜行同种异体板层角膜移植,对其术后的修复进行连续的超微结构观察,并与无水氯化钙干燥保存法比较。结果:冷冻保存植片术后在超微结构上可以完全达到正常,与干燥保存法无明显差别。提示:利用普通冰箱保存的角膜完全可用于板层角膜移植。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observed the ultrastructural changes of tissue restoration after allogenic lamellar keratoplaty with cryo- pereserved rabbit corneas (in —24℃)and compared it with that preserved in anhydrous calcium chloride.The result showed the ultrastructure of cryopreserved rabbit corneas can get restoration completely after opera- tion and there is no obvious difference between the two method.The results indicated that the corneas pre- served in common refrigerator can be used for the lamellar keratoplasty.更多还原
