磺化沥青FT-533在钻井液中的性能

【摘要】 对新合成的磺化沥青FT-533作为钻井液处理剂的性能进行了对比评价。在温度65-150℃、压差1.4-3.5MPa范围内,2%FT-533降低实验钻井液滤失量的能力优于对照磺化沥青Soller、SAS和FT-1。实验钻井液的高温高压滤失量随FT-533加量的增大(1%-3%)而降低。PT-533对实验钻井液表观粘度的影响与Sollex、SAS大体相同而远小于FT-1,FT-533加量增大(1%~4%)则表观粘度升高,温度升高(室温-70℃)则在相同加量下表观粘度降低,在70℃时不同加量下的表观粘度已相差不大。

【Abstract】 A newly prepared sulfonated asphalt, FT-533, is evaluated in laboratory as drillig fluid additive. It is shown that FT-533 reduces the filtrate loss of a standard experimental drilling fluid at temperatures 65-150℃ and pressure 1. 4-3. 5 MPa most significantly in comparison with home made SAS and FT-1 and Halliburton’s Soltex. The HTHP filtrate loss decreases with increasing the concentration of FT-533 added (1%-3%). FT-533 viscosifies the drilling fluid slightly as Soltex does. The apparent viscosity of the drilling fluid increases with increasing the concentration of FT-533 added (1% -4%) and decreases with increasing the measurement temperature (26 - 70℃ ), reaching nearly a similar value at 70℃. The specific performance of FT-533 in filtrate loss reduction is discussed in terms of its structural characteristics.
