荧光光度计分离重叠指纹的研究
A study on the separation of overlapped fingerprints by fluorophotometry
【摘要】 利用荧光光度计测定有机分子荧光发射光谱和激发光谱。采用分色摄影技术,对(?)留在光滑物体表面的由汗液、血迹、油质和人体分泌物四种物质中任意两种物质形成的一次性重叠指纹进行分离,使纹线互相干扰的两枚重叠指纹,分别清晰地成象记录。
【Abstract】 This paper reports a study based on the measurement of the exciting light spectrum and the fluorescent emission spectrum of excited organic matter. Any two fingerprints overlapped on a smooth surface and formed by any two of the following four matters, namely: swear, blood, human secretation or oily substance, can be clearly separated by color separation photography,thus obtaining satisfactory images of separated fingerprints otherwise impossible to be distiguished due to each other overlapping interference.
