纤维素酶的增效与保护问题浅析

【摘要】 本文从探讨酶的活性本质入手,提出酶的增效与保护,实质是如何使酶的活性中心处于酶蛋白质三维立体构象的最佳位置,并使该位置因竞争性抑制剂的加入而保持稳定的问题。通过考察酶的组成、浓度、pH值、温度、无机离子、有机溶剂及表面活性剂等对纤维素酶活力的影响因素,筛选出可使纤维素酶增效并保持稳定的助剂。同时还探讨了纤维素酶微囊化的途径,为降低纤维素酶加工成本提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the nature of cellulase,the author put forward the activation and protection of it. Essentially) the problem is how to place the active center at the optimum position of the three dimentional conformation of apoenzyme and to remain stable as a consequence of the addition of competitive inhibitor. Through studying the influence of cellulase composition, concentration, pH value, temperature .inorganic ion, organic solvents and surfactants on cellulase activity,the auxiliaries which can activate and stabilize the cellulase were selected. Meanwhile,the approach of micro-encapsulated cellulase was discussed,and can be used as a reference basis for reducing the cost of cellulase processing.
