【Abstract】 Introduced here is a method to establish a mathematical model of the blades’ motion loci in the bi-blade planetary vertical mixer using the principle of the coordinate transformation. The distribution of the minimum clearence between the open blade and the wall of the kneeding bowl has been studied with mathematical model. Also, the influence of the dead area between the blades’ motion loci and the walls of kneading bowl of the mixer on the mixing effectiveness has been analysed while the ratio of the rotating rate to the revolving rate is changed.更多还原
