【Abstract】 This paper describes a computer control system for piezoelectric traveling wave motor. The experimental results show that under the instruction ordered by the software, the piezoelectric traveling wave motor can be operated with any step program of angle/time, in which the step angles vary from 0.15° to any values, and a high angular resolution is obtained.更多还原
