新进与久居高原人体肺动脉高压心血管X线的表现特征

【摘要】 本文对移居高原(4850m、5180m、4200m)261例健康体力劳动者摄后前位胸片,按居住年限,系统观测心血管X线六项指标,结果表明:右肺下动脉横径、肺动脉段突度、降支与气管横径比值、左心室厚度四项指标参数,进住高原180天后已呈显著改变(P<0.01),心脏横径及心胸比率二项指标参数随海拔梯度升高习服进程呈增大现象。高原低氧所致心肺形态改变表现出三种类型,而且在同一海拔高度上,显示出的不同类型改变,且与高原低氧密切相关。并区分了急性与慢性肺动脉高压演变进程中的X线表现的差异特征。

【Abstract】 According to migratory years, postero -anterior position chest radiographs of 261 healthy physical labours in altitude regions (4850m, 5180m, 4200m) were systemiclly observed for six cardiovascular X - ray in-dexes. The result shows that four index pa-rameters-transverse diameter of right inferior pulmonary artery, prominence of pulmonary artery segment, the ratio be-tween desending branch and transverse di-ameter of trachea, left ventricle thickness,have changed obviously after 180 days in al-titude region (p<0. 01) Two index parame-ters- cardiac transverse diameter and heart, chest ratio, increased as the height above sea level raised. The course of accli-mation prolonged. Three types of morpho-logic change of heart and lung caused by al-titude hypoxia were shown.It showed dif-ferent type of change at the same height above sea level. X- ray characteristic differ-ence in the course of development of acute and chronic pulmonary artery high tension were distinguished.
