【Abstract】 The effects of cyclosporine A(CsA) on the syntheses of DNA, RNA and protein were evaluated by the method of 3 H labelled TdR, Urd and Leu in rat primary hepatocyte culture. Various doses of CsA were added into the cultures. After incubation for 4 hours, 3 H TdR, 3 H Urd and 3 H Leu were added into the mediums. The hepatocytes were cultured for another 12, 24 and 36h respectively, and then the cpm in the hepatocytes were assayed. The results showed that CsA could inhibit the syntheses of RNA and protein, but had no significant effect on the DNA synthesis of hepatocytes.更多还原
