【摘要】 对６例罕见的外阴腺癌的生物学行为和临床过程进行了临床病理分析，并与外阴鳞癌作了比较。结果显示：外阴腺癌的细胞核ＤＮＡ含量及细胞增殖活力较外阴鳞癌显著增高，外阴腺癌的术后生存率显著低于外阴鳞癌。表明外阴腺癌和外阴鳞癌在生物学行为和临床进程方面显著不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 linicopathological factors of 6 cases of vulvar adenocarcinoma were studied in biological charactaristics and clinical progress. and were compared with those of squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva. Results: The nuclear DNA content and cell proliferative activity were significantly higher, and the prognosis was significantly poorer in adenocarcinoma than in squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusions: Adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva are two vulvar carcinoma; their biological charactaristics and clinical progress are different.更多还原
