【Abstract】 Dl-tetrahydropalmatine (dl-THP) induced a mild and lasting lowering of blood pressure and concurrently slowed the heart rate. when dl-THP was combined with nitrendipine and nifedipine respectively, the bypotensive effect became synergically enhanced both in strength and duration.
