【Abstract】 It is generally accepted that global sea-level trended to rise in the last 100 years.Global sea-level rise ranges from 10 to 20 cm with an average rate of 1 ～ 2 mm/a. Greenhouseeffect and global warming are the main causes of global sea-level rise.
