【Abstract】 everal physiological indices were measured in Wistar rats intoxication by Cd.It included serum AKP activity,the urinary Cd content,the weight coefficient of liver and kidney weight etc.Compared with the corresponding indices in the control group,significant differences all existed( P <0.01).The results suggested that the liver and kidney functions of experimental rats were damaged by Cd,leading to the lowering of AKP activity in the serum.更多还原
