【摘要】 目的：探索伊拉地平对肾移植术后所致高血压病人的治疗作用。方法：肾移植术后高血压病人２４例（男性１７例，女性７例；年龄３８±ｓ８ａ）用伊拉地平缓释胶囊５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，１～２ｍｏ为一个疗程。结果：不论卧、坐或立位血压（收缩压和舒张压）均有显著的下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），其中２１例血压降至正常范围；用伊拉地平后不影响原用环孢素的血药浓度；也不影响肝、肾功能，心电图复查亦无异常，未见严重不良反应，偶有心悸、头痛，不须停药。结论：该药对肾移植术后高血压病人降压疗效好，不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the therapeutic effects of isradipine in treating hypertensive patients after renal transplantation. METHODS: Hypertensive patients (M 17, F 7; age 38±s 8 a) were given slow release isradipine capsule 5 mg, po, qd, for 1-2mo. RESULTS: The systolic and diastolic blood pressures decreased obviously (P<0.01) in lying, sitting or standing position, and were reduced to normal range in 21 patients. Isradipine did not affect the concentration of ciclosporin or the tests of kidney and liver functions. The ECG showed normal. No severe adverse reactions were observed,palpitation or headache occurred in 2 patients, but the drug could be used continuosly. CONCLUSION: Isradipine shows good therapeutic effects and adverse reactions is mild in the treatment of hypertensive patients after renal transplantation更多还原
