【Abstract】 In this paper, we present a new wavelet transform domain selecive filter which pass the wavelet transform only within some pase-regions in wavelet transform domain. Each of this pass-regions constracted based on a selected maximum,which represents a important signal feature, and two minima adjacent to the selected maximum.
