【摘要】 用COPT、IFAT和FAST-ELISA对采自湖北、湖南、四川、江苏、上海等地的日本血吸虫病人344例及治愈者68例,华支睾吸虫病和肺吸虫病人48例,健康人93例血清进行了单盲法抗体检测.COPT、IFAT和FAST-ELISA对血吸虫病的敏感性分别为93.9%、99.4%和99.7%;特异性分别为100.0%、82.3%和37.6%;对血吸虫病治愈者均有不同程度的转阴率;它们的youden’s指数分别为0.87、0.60和0.26.更多还原

【Abstract】 Circumoval Precipitin test (COPT), indirect immunofluorescent antibody test (IFAT) and Falcon Assay Screening Test system enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (FAST-ELISA) were employed for examination of 344 cases with schistosomiasis and 68 had a history of schistosomiasis and were treated and cured (Serum samples collected from endemic areas in Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan and Shanghai), 48 cases with other parasitic diseases and 93 health persons. The sensitivity of COPT, IF AT and FAST-ELISA was 93. 9%, 99. 4% and 99. 7% respectively. The specificity of the three tests was 100. 0%,82. 3% and 37. 6% respectively.
