【摘要】 本文系探讨用ⅢD₁₀McAb识别18例慢性血吸虫病患者血清CIC,并与经聚乙二醇（PEG）沉淀的CIC对照,二者结果相似.该McAb-ELISA方法检测血吸虫病慢性患者67例,46例呈阳性反应,21例呈阴性反应而对肺吸虫病患者59例、健康人23例全部呈阴性反应.初步结果表明,该方法检测血清CIC具有较高的特异性.更多还原

【Abstract】 The CIC in 18 sera of the patients with schistosomiasis was detected by McAb III D10, and the results were similar to that by PEG precipitation test. Sixty seven sera from the patients with chronic schistosomiasis were detected by McAb-ELISA,46 sera of them were positive and 21 were negative. But 59 sera of patients of Paragonimiasis and 23 sera of healthy persons were all negative by McAb-ELISA. It indicated that detection of CIC by McAb was more specifie.更多还原
