【摘要】 作者进行了青蒿琥酯用于预防血吸虫病的现场观察,于1993年秋在鄱阳湖重疫区矶山村,按双盲配对分服青蒿琥酯和安慰剂(对照)两组共185对.剂量为6mg/kg顿服,每wk服1次,试验期共服药8次,在停止服药后4wk进行效果评价,粪检用Kato-Katz法加孵化.治后复查,服青蒿琥酯185例全部阴性;对照组166例,阳性率4.22%,EPG几何均数35.5±8.9只.服药期间主要副反应与对照组比较无显著差别.服药中、后作血、尿常规和肝、肾功能及心电图检查均在正常值范围内.更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors observed 2 paired groups (185 persons/group) as a double blind test for verifying the effect of artesunatum on schistosomiasis japonica in a serious endemic area inPoyang lake region in 1993. The dosage of artesunatum was 6 mg/kg/wk for 8wks. 4wks after therapy,stool examinatim with kato’s method was conducted. All stool examinatins of 185 cases treated with artesunatum were negative,while in 166 cases served as control,the positive rate of stool examination was 4. 22% with EPG of 35- 5 it 8- 9. There was no apparent difference in side-effects between the 2 groups during treatment,the rate of dizziness, headache and stomachache was about 2% in both groups. The blood and urine routine test, the hepatic and renal function tests and EKG were all within normal value in both groups.更多还原
