【摘要】 本文对曾使用过的蛋白质测定方法作了回顾和简要的述评,并提供了常用于可溶性抗原蛋白质浓度测量的考马斯在蓝G250染色比色法和紫外A₂₁₅、A₂₂₅吸收差值标准曲线法的具体方法;常用的蛋白质参考标准品—生化试剂牛血清白蛋白,其含量并非100%,使用前必须经过严格的标定.我们应用快速消化、纳氏试剂显色测定氮含量的方法标定蛋白质参考标准品的精确含量.更多还原

【Abstract】 Measurement of protein levels is one of the basic methods in parasitology,immunology and biochemistry,which is very important in preparing antigens,antobodies and immunola-belling. In this article,the methods for estimating concentration of trace proteins are de-scribed:-determination of protein with coomassie brillant blue G250 and with ultraviolet light absorption(215nm-225nm). The standardization of protein reference Standard is also presented. The methods for processing of standardization are repid,reliable and useful.更多还原
