高超声速头锥驻点发汗控制试验研究

【摘要】 本文简要叙述了发汗冷却控制概念。并在发汗冷却控制方程基本性质研究的基础上,针对电磁炮弹和其它型号的应用,进行了发汗冷却控制原理性试验研究。并着重叙述了水发汗的试验方案、控制方法等试验技术。应用发汗量函数级数形式,装入计算机代替方程求解。在电弧加热条件下,对驻点状态模型温度进行闭合回路控制的试验是成功的。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the transpiration cooling control (TCC) briefly. On the basis of the elementary characteristics investigation of the governing equations, the principle experimental investigation was carried out, which was aimed at the application to the electromaqnetic gun shell and other models. The experimental techniques of TCC with water as the coolant, such as the experimental plan and the control methods, are emphasized. The transpiration function in series form is adopted, which is loaded to a computer to replace the solution of the governing equations Under the circumstance of arc heating, which simulates the stagnation state, the close-loop control experiments for the model temperature are successful.
