【摘要】 本文对63例HIE的预后及与预后有关的因素进行分析讨论。存活47例（74．6％），死亡16例（25·4％），其中重庆HIE占92.9％，存活者有轻度神经系统异常，未发现严重神经系统后遗症，与重度HIE早期死亡有关。预后受多种因素影响，应综合分析评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 篒n this paper, we analyzed the prognosis and the factors related to 63 neonatal infants with HIE. Amongthem 47 cases (74. 6% ) are survived and l6 case died (death rate was 25- 4% ), among them most (92. 9% )were severe cases. Among the survival cases there were only mild neurological abnormolity without severesequels which may be the early death of severe cases HIE.
