葡萄采前喷钙和IAA对果实生理生化及耐贮性的影响

【摘要】 采果前用Ca(NO3)2溶液及IAA喷洒“巨锋”葡萄树冠和果穗。果实采后用硅窗气调袋包装,在8~12℃下贮藏28天。结果表明:所有钙处理均提高了果实耐贮性,但以1.0%浓度综合效果较好,损耗率减少64.7%;浆果耐压力和果柄耐拉力分别提高310g和100g;同时推迟了贮藏期内固/酸比值高峰期,延长了风味佳期;抑制了多酚氧化酶活性;减缓了果胶物质的损失。采果前喷钙提高了果实各部位的钙素水平。加喷IAA后上述效应更为显著,但以0.5%浓度效应最佳。

【Abstract】 Kyoho’grape were sprayed with Ca (NO3)2 solution and IAA respectively before harvest. The berry were storea for 28days at 8-12℃in Silicie-Window’ CA bags. It was found that calcium treatment increased the storage life of the berries,and that the effect of spraying 1. 0% calcium solution was better. The loss rate of berry reduced by 64. 7%. enhanced compressure strength and tensile strength of the grape berries 310g and 100g, respectively. The ratio of TSS to acidity changed as the model of ’Parabola’, the storage time prolonged, and the peak of the curve was put off. Calcium treatment inhibited the activity of polyphendoxidase and the loss of both tannin and ascorbic acid. Losses of pectin were retarded; The total calcium content of berry raised by 36. 2% maximally. When added IAA, above mentioned effects were remarkable, but 0. 5% calcium +20 × 10-6 IAA solution had better synthetical effect.
