【摘要】 本实验用四种胃溃疡模型研究茶多酚对实验性胃溃疡的影响。结果显示:茶多酚对大鼠慢性乙酸烧灼、幽门结扎引起的胃溃疡和小鼠乙醇引起的胃粘膜损伤有明显的抑制和保护作用;对小鼠水浸应激引起的胃粘膜损伤无保护作用。提示茶多酚对某些胃溃疡有保护作用,可能通过清除氧自由基和增强胃粘膜防御功能起作用,其机制有待深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe effects of Tea polyphenol(TP) on experimental gastric ucler(GU), four models of GU were used. The results showed that TP could significantly inhibit rat GU induced by acetic acid, pyloric occlusion and mouse GU induced by alcohol; but it couldn’ t pretect mouse gastric mucosa injury induced by stress. The results suggested that the pretective effect of TP against some GU may be related to scavenge oxygen free radicals(OFR) and enhance gastric mucosa defensive function. It’s mechanism remain to be studied further.更多还原
