【摘要】 简述了当前敬业精神培育的必要性以及敬业精神的内涵,并对影响敬业精神的因素和如何培育敬业精神提出了建议.

【Abstract】 This paper briefly discusses a necessity of current cultivating dedication spirit and the connotations of dedication. Also it puts forward some suggestions on affecting the factors of dedication spirit and how to cultivate dedication spirit.
