铁路设计标准决策的系统工程研究
The System Engineering Principle and Methodology of Decision Making of Railway Design Standards
【摘要】 本文根据我国铁路技术装备的发展历史,论述了“固定设备适应移动设备”传统设计思想向“标准适应地形、固定设备与移动设备协调配套”决策新思想转化的必然性与经济性。以系统工程理论与优化技术为手段,实现了设计标准的最佳决策,为设计标准智能决策系统的研究奠定了基础。研究结论也可供国家标准《铁路线路设计规范》修订参考。
【Abstract】 Based on reviewing the history of China railway technical equipment development, the certainty and economy of tallwny design changed from traditional ideology of "fitting fixed facilities for movable equipment" to the modern decision making ideology of "fitting movable equipment for fixed facilities" is discussed,and the optimal decagon ot design standards is made by means of system enginpering theory and optimization techoique.These become the foundation of intelligent system biulding for design standards decision. The research results could be applied to revising Railway Line Desigin Specifications.
