【摘要】 本文对Ｗｉｓｔａｒ系大白鼠口服恩诺沙星的急性及亚慢性毒性研究，用简化机率单位法测得Ｗｉｓｔａｒ系大白鼠口服恩诺沙星的ＬＤ＿（５０）为４６２９ｍｇ／ｋｇ，９５％可信限为４７７３～４４７９ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ＬＤ＿（９０）为７０６３ｍｇ／ｋｇ。亚慢性毒性试验以每天分别用２０、１００，２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重的剂量加入饮水中，供三组大白鼠自由饮服，分别于３０ｄ、６０ｄ抽检动物，检查内容包括食饵效率，器官系数、器官含水量、血液检验、血清谷一丙转氨酶检验、尿液检验和病理剖检观察与组织切片等项，了解到恩诺沙星引起以上各项指标异常变化程度较轻，而且不会因剂量加大和使用时间延长而出现毒性加剧的变化，说明恩诺沙星的毒性较低，与急性毒性试验所得的结果相符。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute and subchronic toxicities of enrofloxacin by oral administration erestudied in wistar rats.The acute oral LD50 and LD90 of enrofloxacin were 4629 mg/kgand 7063mg/kg,respectively,determined by simplified probability unit method inwistar rats.The 95%confidence limit was 4773～4479 mg/kg.The subchronic toxicitywas carried out by drinking water at different doses of 20, 100,200mg/kg day inrats.The rats were killed for exalninations of feed efficiency,coefficient of organs,moisture content of organs,whole blood, serum glutamicpyruvic transaminase,urine,necropsy finding and histopathology at 30,60 days after administration.Most ofexaminations manifested slight pathological cbanges only,and which had no relationshipbetween the changes and increasing doses.The results suggested that subchronic toxicityof enrofloxacin was low,and it was consistent with acute toxicity.更多还原
