微生物植酸酶或麦麸对断奶到肥育阶段猪的生产性能和骨骼发育的影响
EFFECTS OF MICROBIAL PHYTASE OR WHEAT BRAN ON THE PERFORMANCE AND BONE STRENGTH OF THE PIGS FROM WEANLING TO FINISHING
【摘要】 本研究选用48头(长白×梅山)×(汉普夏×梅山)断奶仔猪(11.0±0.24kg),在断奶到肥育阶段(11~50kg为前期,50~90kg为后期),研究不同来源植酸酶对植酸磷利用的影响。设4个试验处理,每试验处理设4个重复(每重复3头猪)。在玉米─豆饼基础饲粮中,分别添加微生物(Aspergillusniger)来源的植酸酶(MP,前期1200PU/g,后期1000PU/g),麦麸(W8,前期10%,后期20%)、及无机磷(前期0.3%,后期0.2%),组成4种不同的试验饲粮。试验结果表明,MP或WB使猪的生产性能达到了与添加无机磷类似的水平(P>0.05),明显高于对照组(P<0.01).并且明显提高50及90kg时 骨和掌骨的强度(P<0.01)。试验猪50kg时,WB对骨骼强度的作用低于MP或无机P(P<0.01),但90kg时三个处理组之间没有差异(P>0.05)。以上结果说明在断奶到肥育阶段,MP可以代替添加无机磷的作用,WB对生产性能的改善作用与MP和无机磷相似。WB的有益作用是由于其中含有较多的植酸酶。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of microbial phytase(MP)or wheat bran(WB)on the phytate phosphorus availability48(Landrace × Meishan)×(Hampshire × Meishan)piglets were used in a feeding trial from 11.0(±0.24kg)to 90kg BW,with 11 to 50kg,50 to 90 as phase 1 and phase 2,respectively.The corn-soybean meal basal diet(0.34%total P)was supplemented with 1200(phase 1)and 1000(phase2) PU/g MP,10(phase 1)and 20%(phase2)WB,or 0.3(phase 1)and 0.2%(phase2)inorganicP(IP),respectively.Each diet was provided to 4 replicates of pigs(3/pen).The pigswere access to diets and water ad libitum.SupplementaI MP,WB,or IP significantly increased the average daily gain andfeed intake of the pigs(P<0.01),with no obvious difference among the threeexperimental diets(P>0.05).The bone strength(BS) of the metatarsi and metacarpiof the pigs at both 50 and 90 kg BW was also enhanced(P<0.01).Although the pigswith WB diet had lower BS than those with MP or IP diet(P<0.01)at 50kg,thebone strength was without significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05)at90kg.
