超声检测中缺陷模糊聚类识别

【摘要】 本文探索了用模糊聚类分析方法解决超声无损检测中识别缺陷的可能性。结果表明,用这种模糊数学方法可以识别出钢管标准缺陷的类别。研究中采用了微机数据采集、处理和模糊运算。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the fuzzy cluster analysis method is employed for researching the possibility of recognizing flaws detected in ultrasonic testing. The result shows that the sort of the flaws in seamless steel tubes can be recognized by this fuzzy mathematics method. Because of the data sampling and prosessing as well as the fuzzy algorithm all are operated by microcomputer, so that it is convenient for studying and utilizing this method forwards.
