【Abstract】 Pulsed Doppler and two-dimensional echocardiography were used to evaluate the changes of left ventricular function before and after therapy of Amrinone in 50 cases of chronic left ventricular failure.The results showed that Amrinone is an effective musculotonic agent for the heart.The data measured by Doppler echocardiography in l0 cases before therapy were compared with that by Swan-ganz catheterization,The results confirm that the stroke volume is highly correlated with cardiac output at the level of aortic valve.更多还原
