抗磨高铬铸铁中M7C3沉淀及应用研究
The M7C3 Carbide Precipitation in High-Chromium Cast Iron and Its Application
【摘要】 观察和测定了抗磨高铬铸铁中M7C3的形貌特征及化学组成.运用电子衍射花样的矩阵分析与计算多族晶面迹线夹角的方法相结合,发现M7C3中不仅含有{011}李晶,而且还含有{013}李晶,并对沉淀相在冶金质量控制中的应用进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Combining matrix analysis of electron diffraction pattern with calculating the angle between plane trace,the morphology and chemical composition of M7C3 carbides in high-chromium cast iron are studied. The M7C3 carbides precipitate not only in {011}twin plane but also in {013}twin plane. The application of precipitation phases in metallurgy quality control is also discussed.
