【Abstract】 The diagnosis of analysis DSA and surgery finding were comparatively analysed in 60 cases ofpediatric left to right shunt congenital heart disease (CHD). Of whom 56 were consistent with the diagnosisof DSA, the accuracy rate of diagnosis after surgery was 93%.Mix-diagnosis occured in 4 cases (7% ), The diagnosis of DSA and the projective angular selection werediscussed.
