血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶3种检测方法的比较
Comparative Study of Three Methods for Determination of Serum y - Glutamyltransferase
【摘要】 本研究应用合成底物,并用甘氨酰甘氨酸(双甘肽)作为第2底物和激动剂,对110例正常和病理血清GGT的活性用3种方法进行了检测,通过比较其灵敏度、重复性、颜色复合物的稳定性以及测定速度、简易性等,结果表明:α-萘胺-双甘肽法具有准确、灵敏、简单、重复性好等优点,适合科研和临床一般实验室应用。
【Abstract】 Using synthetic substrate and glycylglycine the second substrate and activator, evaluated 110 cases of normal and pathologic serum y -glulamyl transpeptidase. After compared the sensitivity, rcpeativity, stability of the color -complex, speed and simplicity of the three methods, the results showed that the a-Naphthylamide -glycylglycine method had the advantages of accurate, sensitive, simple and good repeativity, and it could be use in medical research and clinical laboratory.
