【Abstract】 In this paper, the basic and noticeable problems in the measurement of positioning accuracy for NC & CNC machine tools by means of HP5528A laser interferometer are detailed. The uncrtainty of the measurement is analysed and the method of improving the accuracy of the measurement is put forward.The three methods about the determination of positioning accuracy for NC & CNC machine tools in GB 10931-89,VDI/DGQ 3441 and NMTBA are compared and discussed.更多还原
