【Abstract】 t is especially important that the metrical measurement of the seismic geopher. Non-Linear Distortion (NLD) is one of the most important performance of the geopher. of which the concept is stated in the paper. With discussion and comparison, the scheme of harmonic analysis with FFT is turned out,which is used in the instrument of metrical NLD measurement of the seismic gropher.
