【Abstract】 73 cases of the posterior Atlanto-Axial Arthrodesis were performed under acupuncture anesthesia. The anesthesia effcts were satisfactory, the good and excellent rate was 80.0%.The patients were awake during the operation under acupuncture anesthesia, thus the injure of nerve can been avoided or decresased. During operation the patient’s breathing and circulation function were stable.It is desirable that acupuncture anesthesia is used for the posterior Atlanto-Axial Arthrodesis.更多还原
